Happy Halloween! I liked this silly notebook doodle enough to do a quick sculpture of it in Nomad Sculpt. Here’s a free stl for your spooky times.

Full disclosure, I have NOT printed this myself, so I don’t know how well it will print, but feel free to give it a shot. It will probably need to be resized, and you will have to support it yourself.
