This little guy breaks very easily whenever the camera is dropped on the floor. I had to model it because the replacement is apparently out of stock everywhere, online.
The metallic contact has to be removed from the old part and glued to the 3D printed one, otherwise the camera will not able to detect that the door is open.
Some geometrical features related to the return spring are modelled in this design, but are not necessary. The latch has to be opened/closed manually. It will click and stay in position. For this reason, the grip used to open/close is moved to a more comfortable position (sorry for I cannot explain this better, please compare with the real object to understand what I am talking about).
I printed and tested this on my camera. It worked well introducing very few size compensations. If your printer is well calibrated, it shall work well for you too.
