Captain America Shield Backlight

Captain America's shield, with a back cutout for light up wing silhouettes. The shield comes in sections so you can print in different colors. This model requires an LED light for the light up wings. It is best to use a single LED module, so that the cutout shape of the wings aren't distorted by multiple sources of light. The shield is also thin enough to have light shine through. I recommend a dark filament (grey / black) for the rim so that the light only shines through the cutout and not the plastic. On the attached pictures I used all white filament and painted the model with acrylic paint, but it's best to use different color filament for the different pieces.
