I have made a few different Avengers props and wanted to do a Captain America shield. I made this in rhino and have it set up so you just print the same side file 8 times and the center once. There are peg holes in the sides and tabs on the center so everything will be easy to fit together. There are M3 holes all around the back of the shield for mounting straps to. I made it slightly smaller than real so it would fit on a CR-10S bed. Google said around 750mm and this comes out around 680mm. Assemble glue/bondo and you're good to go. I have not figured out the strap system yet and won't until its finished printing in like a week.
