Captive Plastic Bottle-Cap Opener

This is a tool to enable easy opening of the annoying captive bottle screw tops. These tops or caps are very tight and can be painful to unscrew due to the small size and sharp features requiring snapping of parts of the captive loops. The screw tops can be opened with a glove or pliers but this tool is much more satisfying to use.
