Car Carpet Holder

So my car has these pins to attach the Carpets to so they do not move around. But I have carpets with no holes. So I made this design to solve the problem.

I placed the carpet in the car and cut where the pins are. I only made the cuts as big so a screwdriver could fit through. I that used that screwdriver to wiggle around the hole to tightly fit the part with the "tube" (Part1). I then put on the other piece from the other side(Part2) and sew the thing together. It works really well. My cars pins are 12mm in diameter and I made the part 10mm high.
