I designed a car cupholder expander for the wide Hydroflasks that cannot fit into a standard car cupholder.
There were a few considerations I made while designing the holder. One was that the bottom should slope up a little so that it can accommodate a wider range of car cupholder sizes. Secondly, I made the Hydroflask opening big enough to accommodate the rubber "boot" that many have on the bottom of the Hydroflask. Lastly, I added a slight outward curve at the top so that the Hydroflask can slip into the holder without poking around too much.
It was printed successfully without any supports with standard print settings (30% infill, 0.28 layer height), on an Ender 3.
I included two STL files, one with a blank cupholder, and one with my "logo" on it.
