Print in PETG at least. Some parts are a tight fit, the spacer plate and the vent clips. Everything else should have enough clearance. use 4 M3x8 screws for the cover.

For phone widths from about 62 to 102mm, it is really a fiction adjustable. mine all keep their position.

No supports needed.

Beware of elephant foot! Nothing will fit, but it's easy to clean it up with a file. If your machine leaves a bulge on sharp corners, they need to go.
