DISCRIPTION:
This device should provide airflow into the car. I designed it to be able to sleep in the car and keep rain and mosquitos out, while not suffocating.
DISCLAIMER:
First of all, if you can build it from metal as to be seen in the template, is probably way easier and less expensive.
I had time and needed a project. As I have no tools to modify metal but a 3d Printer I hereby present my model in case somebody out there also likes life rather complicated than simple.
MATERIAL:
I worked with PETG (grey) for the main parts and TPU (blue) for the sealing in between the parts. These sealing parts also have different inclinations as no window is a perfect square.
You can probably also just glue them instead of using TPU and see how much of the inclined sealings you need for the perfect shape for your car Window and do everything in PLA.
COSTS:
Each of the main pieces uses around 140g of filament.
With my PETG I had about 3,5 Euros of cost each, so in total probabl
