Carabiner Clip – Strong & Functional (PLA/PETG Printable)DescriptionA 3D-printable carabiner clip for light-duty everyday use — perfect for attaching keychains, tags, small accessories, and for organizing cables, small tools, or hex key sets.There are no separate S/M/L files — use scaling in your slicer:S size: scale to ~66% (do not go lower; strength drops quickly)M size: 100% (uploaded size)L size: 125% or larger (for a beefier grip and higher durability)Improved latch (mechanism)The latch is redesigned for reliability:Anti-lateral shift: geometry prevents the arm from sliding sideways under load.Self-bracing negative angle: when force is applied, the latch locks against itself instead of slipping open, allowing more usable force without disengaging.Printing RecommendationsOrientation: Print flat on the bed.Walls / perimeters: ≥ 5 (recommended)Infill: 40–60% (Grid or Gyroid)Top/Bottom pattern: Concentric (better stress distribution)Layer height: 0.20 mm or finerSupports: Not requiredBrim: Optional (use if your adhesion is weak)Material: PETG (recommended) for toughness and a bit of flex.
