Don't forget the thread lock! And make sure you include an imperial wrench with your metric nuts just to add to the frustration.

I re-mixed this slightly just because I didn't want to have to print it with supports. The original has a groove in both halves that the gift card will fit snugly into. This one prints both halves flat, but has a third (2mm thick) gasket that has a place for the card to fit into. I also increased the thickness of the top and bottom flange to give more for the nuts&bolts to bite into. The plugs to hide the nut holes are just for cosmetics, but I think they finish it off nice.
