card deck holder

A simple card holder with a discard pile. Designed for standard playing card decks.

Version 2 is the second iteration that _should_ hold up to frequent use a bit better. Have not fully tested it yet. Version 1 did break after some use (PLA). Keeping version 1 up in case a lower-profile design is desired.

double deck holder is version 2, but with 3.5mm shell and a height ~ 1.5" in order to accommodate a double deck of cards better
