Business card embosser featuring two synchronized rollers—one embossed and one indented—held by a refined, screw-free, two-part frame. The frame is provided in STL format, while the blank rollers are in STEP format so you can add your own design. This version is more refined than the previous one and requires no screws for assembly.

For optimal results, I recommend a 0.2mm layer height. Ensure there's at least 0.5mm spacing between the embossed and extruded logo since the paper goes between the rollers and needs enough space to pass smoothly. The frame and rollers will need support—rollers only at the bottom (avoid support on the roller face), and for the frame, supports are needed only where the snap recess is located. I've uploaded an image showing the part orientation on the build plate for reference.
