I needed replace some card readers case so i have print some, maybe it will come handy for someone as well.
Small one is 1:1 of original one and it is secured with screw.
Bigger one is mentioned just cover whole card reader and it is secured with double side tape.
I have created some labels/icons as well so you can glue it to case if you want.
