Cardboard box handle

Hand Hole ProtectorIf you’re moving and have found or purchased boxes, protecting your hands from the sharp edges of cardboard will be essential. It’s very simple: I’ve attached files designed for different cardboard thicknesses, ranging from 6 to 10mm. Additionally, you’ll find a template for cutting out a handle hole. I recommend using a measuring tape to mark the vertical center of the box, while for the horizontal placement, I suggest positioning the handle at 3/4 of the box’s height. This ensures convenience for carrying or stacking the boxes. The model has been tested on 6mm and 8mm cardboard. Some boxes loaded with books weighed up to 30kg, and there were no issues with carrying them other than their weight. I found the model online and modified it for 3D printing.
