Cardboard Minecraft Inspired Torch

Created this to make use of leftover cardboard packing material, to give scouts a quick craft project on their upcoming minecraft themed camp. Based around some basic battery tealights, the idea is a top and bottom former along with some cardboard ‘nails’ which hold it together. Some care is needed with the nails as they are small parts, and semi sharp to push through cardboard, so adult supervision recommended. The tealight is removable, since the on / off switch is on the bottom. The top is held on by friction, so needs not to be thrown around as it will fall apart, but we see that as a benefit so these don't lead to torch sword fights… So process is remove top and tealight, turn on tealight and replace, then put top back on and enjoy your mini lantern. Decorate the cardboard sleeve, or not, whatever your preference. We are considering making an A4 card template with print, cut marks and position of pins predefined, but equally just good old recycled cardboard works nicely. I hav
