Cardboard Spool Brace

When cardboard spools start getting low on filament they can get crushed and deformed when using vacuum bags for storage. This brace is designed to go inside the spool and help it keep its shape.  The spool on the left has less than 100g remaining, but thanks to the brace it is not getting deformed when vacuum sealed. The spool on the right has at least 300g had is badly misshapen. The brace has a print-in-place hinge so that it can easily be added and removed from the spool.   The current version is designed for Elegoo spools. It has a diameter of 190mm and a height of 58mm. I would really appreciate anyone providing the dimensions of other spools so that I can provide alternate versions.  The brace is very strong when printed with the following settings, but it can always be adjusted if more strength is needed: 3 walls 15% gyroid infill PLA 0.20mm layer height I also used organic supports for the overhangs in the hinge, but I'm not sure they are needed.
