Cardboard Spool Wheel

Reuse your empty Bambu cardboard spool as tires with this airless rim design.Perfect for any wheeled diy project.It uses two 608 skateboard bearings per wheel. Will fit on a 8mm axle or a long M8 bolt.There seems to be some variation in the inner diameter of Bambu spools. On some spools the rim is a lose fit, on others it is a very tight fit.I uploaded two print profiles, first model is 82.3mm in diameter, the second is 82.1mm, if the original is too tight.When printed in PLA my prints shrink about 0.2mm i diameter. Other materials may differ.Let me know how your fitment is. I will add more profiles if necessary.The rim is 59mm wide, the outer bearing is offset 10mm and the holes for the bearings are 22.1mmThe two tone color is not part of the print profile, I just needed to empty a spool.
