cardinal buoys

Cardinal buoys are typically placed around submerged dangers that vessels (or RC boats) should be warned of. their distinct coloring and the cones on top tell mariners which way to go around. for example, go to the west side of the west buoy. these will need to have weights glued on to be floatable or can be decorative.
