Some time ago, the slider button of my cardwallet broke after years of loyal service. It is an essential part of the cardwallet because pushing the button ejects the cards. Since many commercially available cardwallets and cardholders use the same mechanism and even the same button, I assumed it would probably be easy to find a replacement part online. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The rest of the cardwallet is still perfectly fine, aside from a few cosmetic flaws. Therefore, I didn’t see the point in buying a new cardwallet just because of a small plastic part. After several attempts, I created this design. It closely resembles the original and works flawlessly. I printed a previous version that was slightly more angular out of PLA, and I have been using it for months without any issues. It holds up perfectly! The best part is that this design only requires about 1 gram of filament, which amounts to just 1-2 cents in material costs, but it saves you from having to purchase a new cardwal
