Cargo Ship Kit Card 集装箱船 组装卡

Cargo/container ship model kit card. 15 cm (~6 in) in length. Need glue!!! Superglue works if printed in PLA. I'm a ship model person and designed this model because I think cargo ships offer the most possible customization among all ship types. This model is inspired by a cargo ship model I made when I was an elementary student. Ah… it was the good old days…   Note: V2 is here! It reduced bollard and hoist parts from 14 to 2, and they are no longer tiny pieces!   The cargo/containers the ship carries can be customized by printing the container plates in different colors/numbers. I included a plate that has 2 big blocks. I call them cheater blocks because if you surround them with normal containers, you won't see them, and they help to save material and printing time when compared to printing normal containers. To fill the ship with normal containers (no cheating blocks), you need 12 container plates. I included a separate print profile with 3 normal container plates (45 containers total) if you want to print more containers. Feel free to skip parts if you need fewer containers. Printing the last 2 plates of the main print profile will get you a water line base for the ship. They are optional.   Here is an equation to fully load the ship: 168 (total containers) ≤ 24 x (Number of cheater block plates) + 15 x (Number of normal container plates)   You can reference my pictures above when assembling the ship. I have also created a detailed instruction on how to construct the bridge and front deck at the end of this lengthy description.
