Carpenter pencil clip

I made this clip so if you didnt have a shirt with pockets (polo) you could clip it like a pen, my team at work all used to have shirts with pockets and we switched, but not everyone wears hats, so far it has gotten great feedback at work from those that use it.
its tight on the pencils we use, but not so tight you cant slide it.
