My first larger or complex project. the objective was/is to create something which is easy to replicate around the globe with very little and widely available hardware. Beside this, using as little of PLA.
You’ll need a build plate 30x30cm in order to be able to print the larger items. Except the shroud and the frame all parts can be printed without supports.
At this point the following cases been checked successfully.
„Small Pistol Plate“
9mm Luger
„Small Pistol Plate with spacer (for longer cases)“
.38 Special, .357Magnum
„Rifle Plate“
6.5x55 Swedish, .308Win, 30-30 (with difficulties)
Next „shell plates“
Working on for .45ACP, long colt, 45-70 Gov, 223, 30-30,
Due to a new request, working on 12-gauge shotgun shell's
any thoughts what else is urgently required?
Next development stages.
1. implementation off a cut of switch (Optical holes are already in the frame model)
2. Counter with LCD display run of either Raspi or Arduino
3. Speed control
