Case for ebyte E104-BT5040U USB dongle

A case for E104-BT5040U USB dongle, buttons accessible without opening the case.
It should be published in 2023.5.24, however a thingiverse bug makes it never published.

- slide to assemble
- need a little post processing to avoid crushing the components on the PCB while assembling
- there are gaps, I mean, not that perfect
