This is a simple case for the Goodfet device, a small electronic board used for doing JTAG "stuff" and hacking/investigating hardware and such. I am new to it all, so my explanation is somewhat lacking, but needed a quickie case to put the board in. Probably not my best work, but functional for the time being. I can't guarantee that a 12-place header connector will fit well, but individual dupont cables should work okay on the header pins. The mini-USB port on the end is easily accessed, and indicator lights are visible through the top hole. The top piece can be friction fit to the lower part, or screws can be added in the 3mm holes. Mine was a tight fit, and can probably use some careful printing and good cooling while the small corner towers are printing. I printed in relatively low resolution.
I'll make mods as needed if I find some cables don't fit as they should, or if I run into other issues.
Update 3/11/16: I made a mod suggested by an alert reader, and also widene
