Front - Can be printed face down with no supports. If you're having warping at the corners, try face up with supports.

Back - Printed back side up with supports.

Buttons - No supports.

Buttons back plate - No supports.

Stylus holder - With supports and if you're having bed adhesion issues use rafts.
