Casino Chess

For this project, I wanted to combine aspects from a casino with each chess piece. The board is a four way chess board, and each side represents either the spade, clover, diamond, or heart. The board would be cut using the CNC machine and then painted. I decided to make the pawns be casino chips because of how small and valuable they are. The Rooks are roulette markers, the knights are dice stacked on top of eachother, and the bishop is a card holder. These pieces are created this way mainly for aesthetic purposes. The cards on the bishop would have a design on them that was created using the vinyl cutter, and they would all be aces. The king is a slot machine because it is one of the most popular aspects of a casino. Each of the wheels on it would spin, and I think it would be neat to actually have the lever make the wheels spin. The queen represents money because it is the most important part when going to a casino. Since the queen is the most important piece in the game, I think it
