Hey All!

Castle Portal (or whatever you want to use it for)

Everything is designed to be printed flat, no needing supports
Steps - the brickwork panels are located around each step box. (see pic above for reference)
1. Glue the sides evenly first, all edges of brickwork should be flush to the stepbox.
2. Glue the top brickwork to the stepbox, the back should be flush with a lip at the front.
3. Glue the front brickwork, sides should be flush with the stepbox and the top of the brick
work sits under the top brickwork lip.

The Pillars.... print 2, turn one upside down and glue together!

will need at least 12-15% infill with 3-4 top layers!

The portal ring has been designed to fit two rows or 5050 LEDs with a controller unit and battery hidden under the large base. - you will need to Dremel a hole for cables if you do!

all parts just superglue together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which 3D printer is suitable for Castle Portal?
Any FDM printer should handle Castle Portal just fine. It's been printed on machines like Bambu Lab A1 Mini, Prusa Mini+, Creality Ender 3, most FDM printers. A minimum build volume of 50 mm is recommended.
Does Castle Portal need supports when printing?
Yes, Castle Portal will probably need supports for the overhangs. Tree supports work well here and are easier to remove than regular ones.
