I needed a replacement wheel.
Original was rusted on. Sawzaw couldn't work.
Only a cut-off wheel would work so be careful.

Seems like about 10-15 Pounds per square inch.
I'm sure you can exceed 20+ but then you'll see damage to everything not just the wheel itself.
