CAT ARMOR - thin wall fix

This is a meshmixer thin wall fix for CAT ARMOR https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1095858
I found that prusa slicer could not slice this part properly. So I fired up meshmixer and start messing with it until it slice and dice.
