Cat crate latch fix

Cat crate latch enclosure was broken. I tried just adding some zip ties but the motion of the latch pins was too restricted. I pulled out the calipers and fusion 360 and an hour later I snapped this into place.

Flat, no supports needed. I think I did 50% infill.
