Cat Ears David Clark Headset

Designed at the request of my troop using Personal Use Fusion 360, so giving it out for free!

Share the morale, just check with your local QA regarding etching requirements to be worn on the flightline.

The ears are designed to be printed in TPU to reduce the FOD risk and the holes are spaced to be held in place with the standard head cushion. This has not been tested with the hush kit but should work. If you have one and it works, drop a comment!

Printed on a Tron-XY with the following settings:

TPU Rubber
.4 Nozzle
.12 layer height
3 Wall Line Count
.84 Top and Bottom Thickness
50% Cubic Infill
220 Print Temp
50 Bed Temp
25 mm/s Print speed
Support is required (I used Tree Support)
.24 Support Distance

Print takes about 13 hours to finish
