This is a spare part for a broken piece from a cat scratching post.
It was designed for a _*cardboard tube with an outer diameter of 64mm and an inner diameter of 59 mm*_.
The parts are connected to each other using an M8 or M10 nut and threaded rod.
Models for both M8 and M10 sized nuts are available.
