Catan Interlocking Ocean Border V2

Removed ~.25mm from the flat side of the keys to give them a little more play and slightly expanded the harbor areas to allow painted harbor pieces to fit a little easier.

Remix of the ocean border for Settlers of Catan and the Expansion. Included are the 2 Harbor and 1 Harbor single-board pieces, as well as the 1 Harbor & No Harbor expansion pieces.
