CATAN piece box

I played CATAN for the first time about a month ago and was so impressed that I immediately bought my own. Since I didn’t really like the original cardboard trays for the game pieces, I searched on MakerWorld for an alternative – but nothing quite matched my expectations. So I decided to design my own storage solution, tailored exactly to my needs. This storage box consists of four parts in total: two lids two storage traysOne of my main goals was to keep the cards neatly organized and visible during the game and easy to access. For a secure lid closure, 8x3 mm magnets are required – a total of 12 magnets per box color.The box can also be used without magnets, but in that case the lid may open unintentionally. Additional parts will follow to help store all game components neatly and beautifully. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome! Enjoy your game! 🎲
