Upper brace has a chamfer. Chamfer end up and front facing.
Additional adhesion (glue, plastic weld, etc.) may be required, but not necessary depending on your preferred rigidity and printer accuracy.
Standard office sized rubber band used in photo. Many other sized rubber bands may be used as a substitution.
