Cathedral Ember Lamp

Cathedral Ember Lamp is a decorative gothic–baroque style lantern designed as a compact ambient light piece. The structure resembles a miniature architectural shrine, combining cathedral arches with baroque ornamentation and a domed crown. The model is built from three separate printable components: the lower body, the domed top, and the translucent inner “glass” panel. This allows each part to be printed individually and optionally in different materials or colors to achieve a stronger lighting effect. The inner chamber is designed to hold a LED tea light candle, creating a warm glow that diffuses through the translucent panel and highlights the surrounding gothic window frame. For those who prefer a permanent light source, the base also includes a rectangular cable channel, allowing an electric LED module to be routed cleanly into the interior without altering the external appearance. Once assembled, the lamp functions as a small decorative light suitable for desks, shelves, or night lighting, providing a soft atmospheric glow while also serving as a sculptural decorative object.
