CCS Saber Pommel Switch

This switch extension can be fit into the pommels by Celtic Custom Sabers, or with modification any LED saber that has a pommel with a 1/2 inch pommel switch hole.
This switch is optimized to work with the Wuben C3 quick install in 1" ID tube sabers with the CCS Elessar Pommel. After printing, place a spring over the short end that measures 5/8" diameter x 3/4" free length and glue into place before installing into the pommel, followed by the LED, secured into place by the blade.
If the blade is compressed too hard onto the spring, the switch will not have enough free play to release, marking your blade once you find a sweet spot may be helpful.
If manufacturing allowances of your pommel are too tight, a 1/2 inch drill bit should be able to gently free space in the pommel.
