A spare part for a broken ceiling fan bracket i couldn't find in any hardware store.
Designed in AutoDesk 123D Design.
I printed it in PETG (blade side upside down), 100% infill and still needed extra weight to be balanced (lighter than original steel part), so i glued some nuts in the upper part. Worked just fine. Painted it with acryilic golden paint.
For strengh needed, around 40-50% should be OK i guess.
Dimension specifications:
Distance from outer holes to center hole (blade screws): 70mm
Distance between outer holes (blade screws): 100mm
Distance between holes (holes that fix to the fan axle): 50mm
Blade pitch angle ≈ 14°
