Allows for a much cleaner setup of your ceiling lights. Screw the base in your ceiling, thread the cable through the hole in the cover, set the height as you would normally do, screw the cover into the base, and voilà! No slack, no fuss, no headache. I used 0.16mm layer height, i'd say it could work with .2 as well.
