This is a 1" OD hanging ceiling mic grommet that pinches the cable slightly so that the mics height can be easily adjusted. Simply drill a 1" hole in the ceiling, pop the mic cable through, and use this to cover the hole so it's barely visible and looks professional.

I've included the original Fusion360 file in case someone wants to resize it.
