Ceiling mounted filament guide

I created this as I changed to a direct drive extruder/hot end and I mounted the standard creality mount to my ceiling, unfortunately the filament came off the reel and managed to tangle itself and I lost a few prints.
This guide will stop this happeneing for me and I added a piece of bowden tubing to both ends to stop rubbing and potential damage.
