Ceiling Vent Manipulator Tool

The vents for my apartment are on the ceiling/wall overhang. While working from home I get directly blasted by the cold air. Sometimes it's great, others it isn't so I thought of this little tool. Just goes on the end of the dowel, and due to me forgetting about shrinkage of the PLA I used, it didn't fit until the inner diameter was sanded down.

You shouldn't have to deal with this issue as I added 1mm in the inside diameter. But if it is too big there is a screw hole to screw it in to the dowel.

Screw hole diameter: 3mm
Dowel diameter: 28-29mm
