This box is filled with silica desiccant beads, then placed into the secondary holder of a Celestron 11" Schmidt Cassegrain telescope for storage. It keeps the telescope dry inside, but also drys the compartment between the corrector plate and dust cover. I find it essential after Hyperstar operations in humid area.
I also give a fully parametric file (SCAD) to adapt to other sizes of telescopes.

Note 1: although the holes are small enough you could put the beads directly in the box, it is advisable to use a coffee filter of tea socket to isolate the beads, as in the picture.

Note 2: the parametric design has around 20,000 nodes, and you should do a full render to have it displayed properly in OpenSCAD.
