Cell Phone Tripod Mount Replacement

My expandable cellphone tripod mount broke on me so this is my attempt at making a replacement for it. I'm sure there are better ones out there but this one suits me for now. I just took all the parts out and transferred them over to the newly printed one and everything works fine now.

I did print with 100% infill with the hopes that it is a lot stronger than the original part.

The one issue I had was making the screw mount fit (as you can see in the picture). I figured I'd heat up the hole and press the part in. That ended up not working that well but it's holding up. I also use superglue and baking soda to secure the bond. It is holding up pretty well. I also cut a small piece of thin EVA foam and glued it to the base for some grip.
