Here are 3 stl files needed to build the cell stretcher. Cell_Stretcher_Base file is the base file, and it includes all holders needed. Screw_Coupler_Combined file consists of screw with 1mm pitch threads. PDMS_Holder file is the moving part of the cell stretcher. It has clamps to hold the PDMS. In addition to these, you would be needing 2 stepper motors and 2 steel rods to complete the cell stretcher design.
