So I designed this to allow me to use a Mophie Charge Force Vent car mount without blocking my AC Vent (living in Las Vegas in the summer with a blocked AC Vent is not a good idea!). I used 3m Double side 30lb. tape to attach it to the dash.

Also designed with a 20 slope to tilt it up a bit. The double cross helps make it stronger as the first one just snapped off when I tried to adjust it
