Cellular Window Shade Replacement Handle

I have these cellular window shades in my house and the handles have bugged me for ages. They were obviously designed to fit around the bottom of the shade, but they're clearly too small to actually fit. So, they only sort-of fit and I have to be careful not to pull them off when lifting the shade up and down. It finally dawned on me I could make better replacements that actually fit.
