Celtic knot fidget spinner

Another fidget spinner, designed around a 4 lobe celtic knot.

Fits a standard 20mm skate bearing and 4-12mm hex nuts for increased angular momentum.

On the larger side of spinners I've seen.

Provided both in one piece and as two halves, as I was unable to find a good way to print in one piece without massive supports.
