Center / offset finder with leverage

Printed up Bill12690's center / offset finder, and it worked well... but I had a hard time applying even pressure on both "feet" to keep the line from traveling. Added a point of leverage to help with keeping even pressure, and to keep the pencil retained.

Added V2 - I overshot the pencil "well" by a fair margin, initially. This one's a tighter fit. Works great for standard yellow #2s, but beefier pencils might do better in the original remix.
